WiFi Range Extender
I am having trouble connecting my range extender to my new telstra nbn router TG799ua .
is my exteneder compatible with a testra nbn router

It should work make sure you are using wpa2 security on your wireless password and try both ways of connecting the device the manual setup and the WPS. If you provide the extender model number I can get you the setup guide you need.

THE MODEL NUMBER IS WN2000RPT
THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN CONNECT THE EXTENDER TO THE TELSTRA MODEM USEING THE WPS METHOD
2 GREEN LIGHTS COME ON THE EXTENDER
WHEN I GO TO MY PHONE TO CONNECT BY WIFI I CAN CONNECT TO THE EXTENDER AND THE THIRD LIGHT COMMES ON AFTER APPROX 1 MINIUTE THE GREEN LIGHT IS REPLACED WITH A RED LIGHT AND I LOSSE WIFI CONNECTION
