WiFi6 AX1600
My AX1600 quite providing me with extended service. not all lights were on. I called Netgear tech support and they told me I need to purchase "a plan" in order for the mesh extender to keep working. Is this true? I have looked everywhere on the box, owners manual and don't see anything that states this. I need help. I've already paid for the extender, I need to pay more now? The only buttons that are lit up are the power button and the WPS LED. I called tech support and one gal told me I need to pay for the extended warranty in order for it to extend. I hung up with her and called back and the next rep was extra rude, told me I need "to pay" and then he hung up on me.

What model NG product do you have ? RAX###
AX1600 is just a marketing speed model.
- microchip8MasterWhere did you find this "tech support"? You most likely called one of the many NG scammers on the net. NG tech support doesn't respond like the one you called up. And no NG hardware needs to pay to function.

I googled it of course. The number I dialed was 888-545-9670. I gave them my serial number and she was able to tell me when I purchased it. She said my 60 days was up and that I needed to purchase a plan. I swear she jacked with my extender because I used to have 3 lights and now I only have 2.
