Windows 10 hidden network
I have 2 connections one for 2GEXT which shows but then for my 5GEXT it appears as hidden network then when I press connect it says ENTER SSID and then network security key and it says cannot connect to network?!??

Assuming that the goal is to connect a Windows 10 computer (desktop? laptop?) to WiFi, it would be very helpful to know which specific Netgear product you have and how it has been configured. (Did you set up this WiFi system, or someone else?)
Orbi systems, for example, do not allow users to assign different names (SSIDs) to the 2.4G and 5G channels.
- alxander_2222AspirantI check in the back it says model EX6110 and yes on windows 10 it only shows 2GEXT not 5GEXT and I’m guessing it’s the hidden network because this is only for my PC, on my phone it shows all network

Windows 10 has a method to connect to WiFi using a feature called WiFi Protected Setup (WPS)

The WPS button on the EX6110 is shown on the side on page 1:

This WiFi Extender is enabling you to connect to the primary WiFi system in the house and was probably installed because the signal from the primary WiFi system is not very good where this computer is located. Here is a link to the User Guide:
