Wireless Extender EX2700
I have recently changed Broadband providers and successfully connected the extender to the router, however it wont allow me to connect any devices saying the password is incorrect, I'm using the same password as the Router as instructed, I've tried resetting the router, factory reset and reconnecting but still saying the password is incorrect!! not able to use the web address which I cannot post for some reason which has been suggested in previous posts as the reset is not relevant to the model I have. Any help or suggestions gratefully received as I am going slightly mad trying to resolve and now need this to work from home!!!

Hi ,Charlieb71,
Good day!Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Regarding your concern, have you tried connecting a computer directly to your EX2700 and go to www.mywifiext.net and check the password? How did you connect the EX2700 to your new router?
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver

What router are you connecting to?
If you setup using wps, I'd highly recommend factory resetting and reinstalling use the installation wizard. WPS gets coded differently between manufacturer's and can cause issues.
- Charlieb71AspirantThanks for replying. I’ve gone from plusnet to Vodafone routers, factory reset hasn’t worked and can’t connect it to my laptop. No idea what do do.

You need to push and hold reset while its powered on.
You can also try a 30/30/30 reset. Push and hold reset while its powered on for 30 seconds, then power it off for 30 seconds while continuing to hold reset, then power it back on for 30 more seconds while still holding reset.
What are the leds on it doing?
Did you try running the installtion wizard?
You can get an ethernet-----usb adapter for the mac book. they're not to expensive
