Last night while I was sleeping my Internet extender stopped working. I use It to connect my tower to the wifi and I need it for homework tonight. Anyway, when I woke up all lights were green except the top one, which was red. I've had a ton of issues with this thing already so I just factory reset it without trying anything else. I'm going through the setup process with a laptop and right at the end it says my wifi has disappeared and to move it closer. The wifi was still working as my phone was still connected to it during the install. This has happened 6 times in a row and I've tried turning the main wifi on and off with no results. The wifi is some type of motorola modem btw. Any ideas on how to fix it? Network dignostics say that "the remote device or resource wont accept the connection"

Hi rizZzo88,
Thanks for writing in. The top led displaying as red indicates that there is poor connection to your WN2000RPT. Please refer to page 5 of 20 in the installation manual.
What model is the Motorola modem? Are both the WN2000RPT and the modem running the latest firmware?
I hope to hear back from you.Regards,
