WN2500RP Lan Ports

Two of the wired LAN ports seem to have stopped working. Ports 3 and 4 are fine, but when I plug a cable in to either port 1 or 2, nothing happens - the cable/device are undetected, and the port # light on the front does not come on. I have tried multiple devices and cables. Other than that, function is normal. Any thoughts?
