WN2500RP losing signal
My WN2500RP has been working aces for the past year or two. I have the repeater function switched off and my devices plugged in to the ethernet ports - using the deice like a WNCE4004 This Saturday, I had VERY limited internet connection, and the WN2500RP showed RED signal bars (instead of the usual GREEN).
I reset the WN2500RP to factory conditions and reconfigured - it reestablished connection at first, then in a few hours, back to RED bars. I swapped my WiFi router from a Netgear 3800 for and Asus N66. Still getting the same results.
Using a WiFi sniffer, I confirm good signal strength and no interference where the WN2500RP is placed. If I connect to the Router with my WNDA4100 adaptor, I get link speeds of 300 or 450 (depending on whether I use the Netgear or Asus router).
I'm thinking the WN2500RP is shot. Any other troubleshooting suggestions?

- DR_XAspiranti have the exact same problem: i have a linksys wag320n connected with the extender and after a few hours the signal drops down to red and 5 mbps. If i change a value in the wi-fi section of the linksys (or even i hit APPLY without changing any value) the signal bumps up to green and 108-117 mbps, but after a few hours, again the signal drops down
my extender is only a few weeks old
