WN2500RP V1 , V2 and FW confusion.
I was just wondering. Since when is there a version 2 for the WN2500RP ? I have never noticed this before. There were always three FW versions available for this extender, the latest version 1.0.0.30 ...
V# is define by reading the product label attach to bottom of the unit itself.
If don't not say V2 then you have V1
V# represents changes hardware and can not use V2 firmware on V1 verse versa. Just because there is not firmware for one V# doesn't mean it is less or more.
You can confirm with support if this model has same hardware that possible that you cross reference but in general you will not able to.
