WN3000 green light blinking after update

I connected this all ok but had to do it through the internet as WPS wouldnt work. When I eventually got onto the mywifiext.net site it said the extender needed an update which it did - it looked like it had finished but then the site went down and ever since the green on/off button just blinks green. ive tried resetting it, connecting an ethernet cable to it and my laptop - nothing. The links Ive found online to solve it dont work as it wont talk to the extender - as that point of throwing it out the window. Netgears 90 support doesnt work either - you cant get past the country / language - please help!!!!!

DexterJB, can't the method to re-flash the firmware be published in the community, and subsequently in as a KB entry please, too?

I have updated my firmware today, but now my extender just stay with the blincking green.

How do I solve it or restore my previous version?

        Thanks.

  • Any update on this?

I set up my friends booster today, everthing was going well then it asked me to do a firmware update. After doing this, I can't connect to the booster and the power LED just flashes green.

The loading screen during the firmware update got most of the way round before the web page dropped out and showed "no connection" and the power LED was amber. Left it for ages but no change. Tried to reset it and now it just flashes green.

Was hoping to flash the firmware or roll back etc?
