WN3000 Range extender refuses to recognise the router key

This extender has been brilliant, then suddenly overnight it stopped speaking to my laptops.

when I try to connect my laptop it now refuses to recognise the Key and the computer says it is wrong. Inches away it says 'Can not connect to this network'

Any ideas? I've tried to update firmware, but have no joy getting on the site

    Hello Fortonsteve

Try to factory reset the extender and do the setup process agian.

Thanks, but I've done it many times.

When my laptop asks for the Key, it just says the key is not recognized. It is correct & works with another Netgear Range extender.

If Netgear have a limited life, I'd love to know & that's fine. I'll buy another as it has worked 100% for 3 years!

        Hello fortonsteve

Have you tried to connect a pc via ethernet to the extender and log into the settings and change the wireless password.
