wn3000rp v1 Cant log in- website cant access, reset doesnt work, cant go to maintenance to update

http://192.168.1.250/ can open can choose language, then for second it shows next screen to choose network type and it opens https://mywifiext .net/  that doesnt connect

On repeater theres only one light showing green

Tried 3 times reset 10 and 15 seconds

How to do some deep reset that will give update screen, or tell me link to maintenance update screen link so i can open it with http://192.168.1.250/ update or something like that

Tried connecting with WPS to router and it worked- it made Wifiname_EXT but password doesnt work the same and still cant open https://my wifiext .net/
