Hello John WIck Jr
Have you tried both methods to connect it to the router WPS and manual setup? Are you using WPA2 security on the router?

Yes sir, I have tried both methods. The security is WPA.
I would appreciate it if you could walk me through a set up, so that I could find out if there was something that i did that was wrong.

I checked out and tried the steps again according the to the page. 1 thing to note: the smart genie set up tool has a different look/interface from the "smart genie" used when configuring the extender.
Upon going set by step, upon completion I still have the same dilemna: All the lights are green suggesting a great connection from router to extender and from extender to device, but the extender still doesnt grant me internet access.
