5g band not showing up anymore
Hi, i recently purchased an AC1200 Router and after i set it up, for about 4 hours i had a 5g band network running from it, then all of a sudden it disapeared. The network genie app says that the 5g band is is active and is there but when i try to connect to it, its nowhere to be found on any device in the household (includes both apple and PC products).

Try a factory default reset ...push reset until power LED flashes this will reset all user settings and use defaults listed on router label, if these defaults don't work you may have a hardware problem which means replace the router.

Hi,
Thank you for helping with trying to solve my router issues. First, I seem to have given you the wrong router model (even though the correct one won't show up when i attempt to put it in the model specification). I have an R6220, not an R6100. Regardless, i read page 117 and figured the part you wanted me to read was the part on the devices not being able to find the network. I attempted both pressing the wi-fi button on the router until the wifi light turned on and disabling and renabling the SSID broadcast for the 5g network to no avail. Any other potential solutions?
