I turned on the router, had Ethernet cord connected to modem in wall provided by apartment, and got Wifi network. After putting in necessary info, I got to the Genie portion. It asked me to upgrade to a 'higher' version, so I did. It crashed, and now my Wifi network is not even available, and won't light up on the router. The only light lit up is the USB LED light. It is bright green. How do I get the router to have my Wifi network available again? I am so stressed...do I need to somehow connect my Mac?
Hi mthomp467,
1. Have you tried turning the router off and on?
2. Have you tried resetting the router via the reset button? If not, we recommend doing so. The link below may help out.

3. If the issue persists, you can try using TFTP. The link below may help out.
