AC1750 R6400 web interface can't connect
It's been about 6 months since a reboot of the router and my R6400/AC1750 has dropped some but not all devices off the wired network it controls. It's in a remote location and I will have to travel there if a physical reboot is required. I can log in to one device on the network via remote desktop, but using that device I can't connect to the router's web interface (the router is obviously running or I wouldn't be able to connect to the server via remote desktop, and using the server I can successfully ping the router's IP).
Is there a way to reboot the router in this situation? It happened to me about a year ago and I had to travel and physically unplug, but this time the travel will be much harder and more expensive. Hoping there's some telnet magic to be done as the problem will likely be completely fixed by rebooting.

You're kind of caught.
You can reboot it from the browser method but its in the advanced menu and you have to be able to access it.
Which you can't.
You could try other browsers or clearing cache/data on the current one you're accessing it with.
What error does it give you?
Are you accessing it using its ip address or the routerlogin . net

Thx for taking the time to respond. I'm accessing with IP addy and firefox eventually times out and says the site is unreachable. it's as though the built-in web server crashed.
did you try other browsers?
