AC750 model EX3700

I've had my AC750 range extender model EX3700 for three years without problems, I use it to connect my smart tv.

2 days ago I started to get problems and noticed that the Client link LED was out, I disconnected everything and reset, same problem. Any advice much appreciated.

    Client link light is for devices connected to it. 

    do you have a device connected to it?

        any wifi devices? 

        Do other devices have issues connected to it? 

        What firmware is on it? 

        what are all the leds doing (color, blinking)?

        what router is it connected to? 

        Did you set it up using wps or the installation assistant? 

        Has a simple factory reset and reinstall been tried? (not reboot but a full reset)
