"Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" Not Showing Up

I just purchased the AX4200 WiFi Mesh System (RBK752). I am trying to set up the private local network as WPA3 and the guest network as WPA2. I have some IoT devices that don't support WPA3. 

I want the guest network to access my local network, but under the guest network setup window, "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" doesn't appear.

PS: For some reason, under "Model" above, my mesh system doesn't exist. AX4200 WiFi Mesh System (RBK752)
