Any way to reset via admin interface?

I have been having connection issues with this router. It´s pretty much new (a few weeks old), it was working fine but then a few days ago it started with random disconnections. The internet doesn´t drop permanently, but when doing a ping test through a CMD window I get random ¨request timed out¨ errors, which reflects in the browing too. I wanted to do a full reset on the router and a firmware update but it doesn´t work. pressing the reset button on the device itself does nothing, once it boots back up all the settings are still there, wifi network, password settings, etc.... nothing resets. I´ve tried holding for longer, holding while power off and back on, etc.... but all it does it shut down and boot back up. I am wondering if there is any way to reset it without the button but via the admin interface on routerlogin. I just want it back to factory settings to see if that corrects the disconnection issues.

Thanks!

emv1031 Yes, you may access the admin page of the router and you should be able to see it under Advanced > Administration > Backup Settings > Revert to Factory default settings.

Thank you to both repliers... that´s exactly what I was looking for. The reset button decided to take a permanent summer vacation and just wouldn´t work. I reset it with the info you both provided and seems the disconnection issues are gone.

        Thaks!!
