Can anyone help?

Hello I was wondering if anyone can help me solve this connection problem shown on my router?
It's been like that for a couple months now since my internet provider updated the system .

    What is the brand name and model number of the modem or optical network terminal connected upstream of your R6020?

     

    Have you powered down your upstream device and your router, then powered them up with the upstream device first and then your router a few minuter later?
