Can not upload chk file

Hello

Can any one help ? Having trouble  latest upgrading firmware, will not let me upload because it is a chk file, tried to do it on web page where it says check, but no yes button to start upgrade,

Any help would be great

         I trust that you understand why saying that you have a problem with
      "a chk file" might not lead to a suggestion that you extract the
      contents of an unmentioned zip archive.

      Which firmware is this?

       

      Netgear has done a rapid update for the D6400. Just days after upgrading mine I found a new version, V1.0.0.70.

       

      66 landed on 14 December, 70 arrived 10 days later!

       

      66 must have been a dud.
