Can't access routerlogin.net

Hello,

I am unable to access the site

routerlogin.net

in order to install firmwre for my WNDR3400v2 router.  I keep getting instructed to clear my browsing history--whch i have done "to the beginning oftime."   It did not help.

My warranty has expired so I can't get call-in support.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

    Glad it worked!

If you mark it resolved, it helps prevent others from trying to fix it too :)

  • what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

have you tried the ip address?

    The default is 192.168.1.1

and if that was in use the fail over is 10.0.0.1
