When I connect my laptop to 2.4 GHz wifi then the setup wizard is not open. But when I connect to 5 GHz the it works well. Can any one tell me what is the problem on 2.4 GHz? And what is the solution??Thanks

Hi Shykoth1, Thank you for the update. If it is an option, you can try resetting the router then reconfigure it afterwards. 1. What is the model number and firmware version of your router?

2. Are you referring to the setup wizard on the router UI? Please provide a screeenshot if possible

3. Are your other devices affected?

  I am so sorry for the delay. Just having some personal issues.
  
  So you asked for these info-
  
  1. Model-R6220 ,Router Firmware Version-V1.1.0.34_1.0.1
  
  2. My router is configured by our internet service provider.
  
  3. If my other device is connected with 2.4 Ghz then I also can't access the router configuration page.
