Delete a Netgear ReadyCLOUD Account
I want to completely delete a Netgear ReadyCLOUD portal account I created. Does anyone know how I can do this?
Vasily We do not delete accounts.
You may create another account or use the same old ReadyNAS remote account that you have migrated to MyNETGEAR.

Did you already update to myNetgear account?
I believe you may need to contact support as this account is linked to devices that you have registered with Netgear.

Yes, I have upgraded my ReadyCLOUD account with MyNetgear. I would have thought an option to delete one's account would be in their profile settings, but there isn't. I attempted to contact support via e-mail or phone, but I could only find support help through the Netgear Community or Knowledge Database. I didn't see where Netgear would give me any other choices since my router is outside the 90 support window.
