EX6120 ROUTER PASSWORD REJECTED

Question

I am trying to setup the extender but everytime i go to connect to the extending connections it will not accept my router password. I have tried on different devices. I have factory reset and tried again. I have also chaged my wifi router passowrd which has been accepted through the original connection on devices but again the extending connections wont accept it.&nbsp;

Are you connecting the extender to the router via wps?&nbsp;What router are you connecting it to?&nbsp;Have you tried setting up the extender using the installation assistant and not WPS?

The router is Vodafone.Yeah I was using WPS. I tried via the Web setup but can't go any further as I need to be connected to the extended connection and can't as won't accept password.Where is the installation assistant?

Factory reset the extender.&nbsp;Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.&nbsp;Here's the video for how to use the installation assistant.&nbsp;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJVklshxBMk&nbsp;

I did reset it but I didn't hold for as long so will try that.Yeah I tried the installation assistant via Web but as I can't connect to the connection as won't accept password it won't work.
