EXT7000 no internet

I have been using the EXT7000 for a year and the past few days I can connect but without internet. I have completed the reset with no luck. Any suggestions what should I look for?

  • What router are you installing it to? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    When you're installing it, are you using wps or the installation assistant?

      Hello, thank you for your reply. I'm connected to a virgin media hub 3.0 router and I am using the installation assistant.
      • What do the LEDs on the device look like?

         

        Is it wired to the virgin media hub 3.0 router? Or is it a wifi link?

         

        plemans also asked you about the firmware on your device.

         

        I assume that you have the EX7000. Visit the support pages:

        Support | NETGEAR

        and feed in the actual model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

        Check the troubleshooting section in the manual.

        You may have done this already, but I can't tell from your message.
