Is it possible 2 change Netgear R6300 v1's router's guest WAP's channel?
I don't see an option to change it. Only on non-guest sides. This is using the (lat/new)est firmware v1.0.2.80_1.0.59. Thank you for reading and hopefully answering. :)

I'd guess that that's because there is no way to do it. On these
routers, the "guest network" is implemented as a set of firewall-like
rules to restrict "guest" clients; there is no separate "guest" radio
with its own radio channel.
