MS Nokia Lumina 928 can not connect to 2.4 GHz
I recently purchased R6400 AC1750 and setup with default settings. Cable provider is cablevision optimum online.
I have upgraded to firmware V1.0.1.20_1.0.16
We have multiple smart phones (iPhones) and a desktop connecting to the 2.4 wireless.
However my other smartphone (Nokie Lumina 928) can not connect to the 2.4. It does connect to the 5G.
I have tried a number of troubleshooting steps - reboot router, reset the phone, ensure phone is updated, change security settings, enable guest account, etc.
no good.
Any suggestions ? (besides telling my wife to get an iPhone?) :-)

1. Please try connecting the Nokia phone to another 2.4GHz wireless network (coffee shop, office, etc.).
2. The option to change the time is under Advanced > Security > Schedule.
