Need Netgear software that allows me to open an AcuRite Access device on my Ethernet port ?
I have an Acurite Acess device that links a weather station to the AcuRite website so they can link it to the Underground Weather wesite to monitor your home weather with. The Acess Device is Model # 09155M and is plugged into the Nighthawk Triband R7900 LAN Port. The only software I have is NetGenie that shows the device, but does not allow me to open it so that I can then open the AcuRite website IP address and link the two. Does Netgear have any kind of software that would recognize this AcuRite Access device (which links to the Acurite Weather Station) so that I can open the device on line?
Finally got it figured out and working after working with AcuRite techs. Had to get their software app so that they could speak to my devices. Now I can see my weather on "myAcurite.com app. Thanks everyone for helping me out!

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
It is attached directly to a cable that goes to a dish that goes to an independent internet service called digital technology solutions in NV.
seems like we run into issues all the time with broadcast internet.
A couple questions.
1. does the router work on AP (access point) mode? Reason I ask, is many times, the isp uses their own routing setup and broadcasts off that. Then when it gets to a home residence, the home router is there and you end up with a double nat. Most devices don't have an issue with it but some streaming services and IoT devices struggle with it.
2. Does your ISP have a recommended router or router setup?
It is connected via the WAN portal to a direct line to the internet Service called Digital Technology Solutions.

You should not need any extra software. If the Weather Station is on the LAN, then whatever Acurite provides should come into play.
My weather station is a USB device that connects to the PC, I can then use a browser to connect to Weather Undrgound, if that is what you mean by "Underground Weather wesite".
As plemans implies, seems more like a network issue than the need for any fancy software.

That's what I'd expect. It's like the system I have. All down to the client at this end rather than the network. But your set up sounds more sophisticated than my basic kit.
Glad it worked out.
