I have 300 Mbps service to my modem. I speed check directly from the modem and I get 300 Mbps, but only get 90 Mbps from any lan connection on my router. Qos speed check gives me 1.5 Mbps. Suggestions on how to get higher speed on my LAN connections.
Well I would have never guessed that two cables ( original) and substitute cable were both CAT 5. Rounded up another cable (CAT 6) and bingo success. Thank you for guiding me through this project. Now have 300 Mbps on all LAN connections. Kudos!

have you checked to see if you're actually getting a gigabit connection from modem----router?

if not, try replacing the cable between the 2.

not sure if screen shot went through, but every thing on my internet status page shows about the same as the example you sent. I have tried another cable and the results are the same.
for some reason you're only pulling a 100mbps link speed from the modem.
I know you tried a different cable but was it a cat 6 cable?
