not able o change password for netgear router and not even able to change security options

tried several times to change my wifi router password but failed to change  when iam trying to change password every time if appears unchanged even after applying changes i dont even able to change...

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE)?

    3. Have you tried using another device (Android, iOS, another PC)?

    4. Have you tried resetting the router?
