Dark_Knight16 What's the exact model number of the router you have?
Is it JNR6100 or R6100?
I suggest that you submit this inquiry to our security team at techsupport.security@netgear.com.
You may also report this vulnerability at https://bugcrowd.com/netgear.

There's an option there to submit a test report and follow the instructions from there.

ElaineM I'm sorry but I am not technologically advanced enough to submit reports on the bugreport website. It looks very complex and involves knowing things I am not familiar with. Is there an alternate way for me to report this bug if it is a valid bug? What are my options?
