R6080/ac1000 router. Bugs !!!
I and many people need a new firmware to fix the 403 forbidden error problem!!
The new 1.0.0.52 not solve the problem and disconnecting the cable from modem not works anymore! In 1.0.0.48 it still works but there is another problem, NTP server!
All firmware have bugs !
Netgear is bad with programmers and several routers have bugs.The problem is that, they don't try to solve problems fast or they don't.

I finally solved the problems!! I bought a new router from another brand!

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update that was on 10/7?

Concerning the service, etc., it doesn't matter in the present case. I did all the procedures just to prove that I wouldn't solve the problem that is not just mine but that of many people. As for the 403, I cannot change the settings like DNS and etc on the Internet Setup page. Everyone out there knows that! I'm PC smart and I know all the procedures to test and get modem, router and so on.
Ok then. Well seems like since you seem to be "PC smart" then you'll need to contact NG support and let them know what your experiencing since we can't seem to help you out.
