R6120 Power LED is blinking
Recently I buy this R61200 router ,but the Power LED is blinking all time. i try to upload firmware TFTP client on Microsoft Windows but the problem is when i turn my router off for 10 seconds but Power LED to light not orange and not start flashing. i'm flowing the all step but 8-10 not work .How do I upload firmware to my NETGEAR router using a TFTP client on Microsoft Windows? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

There's videos on youtube you can check out by searching "how to debrick a router" you can download tftp2.exe and use that to try unbricking your router.

If this is a new router an it behaved like that our of the box, then it is a dud and should go back to whoever sold it to you.

You should not need to download anything. Enable TFTP in Windows and use that.

The window you show seems to be Windows Explorer.
You need to work out how to get the CMD prompt.
