R6120 Router won't renable wifi during firmware update

Question

I have tried updating the firmware through the route admin page, it says the usual "3 minutes to update firmware", completes the progress bar but after that the router won't enable wi-fi. So the update page cannot connect to the router for the installation to progress. Anyone experienced this? Is there a workaround for this issue?

You should use a wired connection when updating firmware. Don't rely on WiFi. Too many things can go wrong, and firmware update is a sensitive, critical operation.

What are the led's on it doing?
What firmware did you install?&nbsp;
what modem/gateway is it connected to?&nbsp;
Did you try a factory reset?
