R6220
I have several Devices connected to this Router at my Office. The Router will not assign IP Addresses to all of my connected wired devices. The cables are good I've tested with my Laptop and the router assign the Laptop an IP and I reconnect the device and still no assigned address. The Device is an Idec FC6A PHI PLC Controller. Works fine with Router at home but not this one.
The only difference the gateway ip here at the Office is 10.0.0.1
The Router at Home is 192.168.1.1
What can I do to fix this?

What modem/gateway do you have the r6220 connected to?
If the office is on a different IP address from default, theres a decent chance its in a double nat.
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Wifi/ethernet still works but it does disable some features.

What actually happens? What symptoms do you see?

What firmware version do you have on the R6220?
A number is more useful than "the latest". It may not be by the time people read this. There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?By the way, your R6220, a basic router from some time back, has nowhere near the capabilities of the Nighthawk with WiFi 6 (AX) and WiFi 6E (AXE) Routers devices covered in this section.
