Hello,

 

is the R6300 affected by this vulnerability announced in December 2016?

      Saw the list but the R6400 series is affected and the R6300 is older which makes me think the R6300 is probably affected also.

        If you don't believe Netgear's advice, you can try the vulnerability yourself. It is simply a case of visiting a web page. The instructions around here somewhere.
