R6300 updated app lockout
Using iOS and just recieved new update. Now I cannot connect to box. How do I get it fixed. Old system did not allow me to change and now new update won't let me connect

Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app. Also, please check if the issue persists on your other devices when using the Genie app/program.
