You can try doing a firmware reflash then reset and reconfigure the router. The links below may help you out.

Hi mrkwanzaa,
1. Have you tried changing the wireless channel for the 5GHz band just for isolation?
2. Does the issue persist on all the devices that connect to the 5GHz band?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?
4. Have you tried changing the mode?

DexterJB About and hour after the factory reset, I noticed that my speeds seemed pretty good and ran a test again. After changing to an open chanel (but one I had previously tested on) I got the speeds I was looking for.

Sorry about this, but a few minutes after posting I found speeds were very slow again. I;m extremley confused and any help would be great
