R6300v2 NAT not available Xbox One
My son is trying to chat online on Xbox One, but gets an error message saying that his chat is blocked. Support forums told me to check my settings and when I do, it tells me NAT is unavailable. Can someone direct me on how to fix the NAT issue? Thanks.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. It is possible that you will need to forward ports for the XBOX chat service to work. You can check which ports to forward and once you have that information, you may find the link below helpful.
