R6350 -ac1750 smart WiFi connection problems

I just purchased R6350 and having trouble getting wifi/and wired connection thru router working properly. I can connect a laptop computer directly to internet from provider and get 30mbps download/5mbps upload but when I connect a line thru router, I can't even get an upload speed to register. I downloaded app on my iphone and when I do a speedtest for wifi, I get nothing as well. The router has updated the firmware automatically and I have changed a few settings on router to try to fix problem but I am still having issues. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please make sure that a factory reset is done after the firmware update and reconfigure the router. Please keep us posted if the issue persists.
