I just set up my new router today and it will connect to my phone but does not come up as a WIFI option on either my desktop computer nor my laptop computer. They both are using the original Verizon ...

    Hi dmp92996,

     

    1. Are the 2.4GHz and 5GHz LED's lit on the router?

    2. You can try resetting the router to factory defaults.

    3. If the issue persists, you can try changing the wireless channels.
