R6400v2 — AC1750 Smart WiFi - Can't Connect to Work

A couple of weeks ago I switched ISP and also got a new wireless router.  The previous router was supplied by AT&T.

Internet works great with the new router and ISP.  Biggest issue, I cannot remote into work.  I cannot connect to my work vpn (work firewall).  I thought it was just a vpn issue, then I realized that my security camera app on my phone will not connect either.  They both connect to my work firewall.  I now use the same ISP at home and work.  Prior to that they were different companies.  I called the current ISP and they said it is my router setup but I can't find anything that is blocking this connection.  I can connect via hotspot from my phone, so I know it is not my work firewall issue. Any suggestions or fix?

    What current modem/gateway do you have the R6400 connected to?

      The ISP supply the media converter from fiber to cat5 connector.  (Don't know the device name or model.  Will have to check that when I get home from work).  The R6400 is the router and wifi. I cannot remember the gateway settings, since I use the netgear auto internet setup and it use the dhcp settings from the ISP.
