Random issues with C6300
Hi, this afternoon I experienced a weird issue with my Netgear router C6300. First I called Xfinity, but they ran various tests and said everything is perfect on their end. Here is my issue:
I have several devices connected to the modem. TV, Smart thing, Camera, Doorbell, AVR, Alexa and my Laptop. The weird thing is none of my devices connected to the internet except the cellphones and laptop. Before I my call to Xfinity, I reset the modem, turn it off/on, unplug and plugin but it did not fix the issue.
The Xfinity guy said it usually works for all devices or none. But in this case, my laptop and cellphones are connected. When it comes to the cell, the IOS phone connects appropriately and stream music through the home network but the Android device no!!!
I am totally confused at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

All wireless connections? Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in
your model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual.
What do the LED indicators on the modem+router indicate?

What, exactly, does "reset" mean to you? (See "Factory Default
Settings" in the User Manual.)

I had to do reset factory and define new network then start connecting devices. Issue solved. Thanks.
