Rbr50 and two satellites
Whenever I try to see if there are any firmware updates I get an error message instead of the message stating your firmware is up to date. Any suggestions as to why I keep getting the error message. I think I am up to date but am not sure now.

what modem/gateway do you have?
What actual firmware version are you on?
You can view/download the latest firmware on the support site.

the manual walks you through manually updating as well. If you go this route, do the satellites first.
- GreyBeard1948AspirantThe router firmware is v2.7.2.104
I am not sure what you mean about modem/ gateway but we use point broadband as our internet provider as we stream our television viewing. One of the satellites is the Rbs 40v Orbi voice. I am not sure if that would cause the error message all the time. You are up to date (as of today) but it might not be connecting to the server properly if you have a double nat issue.
It why i was curious about your modem/gateway
