Remove a device still "receiving services"
Found out that the Nighthawk router I sold was still getting auto-renewed services. I was finally able to figure out how to cancel the auto-renew, and would love to remove the device (now owned by someone else) from my account. But Netgear says I can't. That makes no sense.
Does anyone know of a solution for removing this device?
Thanks!

Select the My Products to make sure your router isn't listed

This will list your registered devices.
Click the device you want to "lose" and scroll down to the bottom and find the well hidden link: Unregister Product
Failing that you may need divine intervention in the shape of the Netgear crew.
