Unable to Connect wireless
My wireless has worked fine until 2 days ago and I can seem to isolate the problem. I need help.
Router Model WNDR3400v3
Firmware: V1.0.1.2
I have a Local area network [LAN]; it named (network) and WPA2-PSK (AES) protected
Enable SSID Broadcast is check for both 2.4 & 5 GHz.
I have a Kindle, IPad and 2 IPhone set up as wireless.
Network Genie say “ Can not scan the wireless networks. Make sure your wireless adapter is turned on and is not disabled. “
The wireless adapter for the computer shows connected.
Under WiFi Channel says
This function is only available when your PC Wireless adapter id enable.
Basically, Network Genie tell me the adapter is not enabled
But
The computer says everything is working correctly.
This system had worked flawless until 2 days ago.

Hi CarolinaGuy
Welcome to the community!
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the NETGEAR Genie?
What's the Genie version you're using?
You may also want to try is to uninstall the Genie completely and see if you'll get connected.
By the way, what's the operating system of the computer that has the Genie?
Install it in a different computer too for isolation.

Thanks for your suggestion; I upgraded Genie and the software driver for my network adapter and it seems to be working great.
