Very slow downloads speeds reported

Question

When I run a speedtest through my Router, I get reports of speeds around .12 Mbps. I am on MetroNet fiber and should get between 150-200 Mbps. This usually coincides with poor Streaming, which prompts the test.

I keep my firmware up to date, and I have run MTU tests.

Speeds are normal when bypassing the router.

I'm at a loss as to what to do next...

1. What is the exact firmware version of the router?

2. Have you tried resetting the router?

3. Does the issue persist on wires and wireless devices?

4. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?
