Wired Backhaul is not working since some points(RBR20+2 of RBS20)
I have used RBR20 and 2 of RBS20 and I set up wired backhaul and had no issue at all.
However, since about 2-3 weeks ago, internetet was not working and I noticed that one of satellite's color became purple in orbi app-when I checked it in 192.168.1.1 admin windows, its status was good, but internet was not working.
Since that day, I unwired backhaul for both satellite, and now everything is fine.
BUT I want wired backhaul for stronger network, but it suddenly stop working.
I tried switching cable and switches, but nothing solved yet.
What do you think the problem I have?
Attached is the screenshot when I wired backhaul to one of my satellite.

What switch do you have it connected to?
If you direct wire the satellite to the router, does it work?
What modem/gateway do you have?
What firmware is on the router? And the satellites?

I am using D-Link unmanaged switch.
I didn't test direct wire the satellite to the router.
I am using Motorola cable modem provided by Spectrum.
Firmware version is 2.5.1.16 which is the lastest one as of now.
Again, it had been working without any issue, but suddenly happened.

I didn't test direct wire the satellite to the router.---try this to ensure its not a switch issue.

Firmware version is 2.5.1.16 which is the lastest one as of now.---its not actually.

make sure to update the satellites first.
Again, it had been working without any issue, but suddenly happened.---so check things like cables, switches that it potentially could be.
