wireless router not working
I have a hard ethernet line running from my Arris Surfboard modem through this Model WNR2000v5 (not listed in drop down box) router to my PC, and the internet on the PC is working fine. However, my devices (phone, laptop) are unable to connect through wifi. They report IP conflicts/failure. Cable guy suggests factory reset of the router, but Netgear help pages all say to push some button on the rear of the router for 10 seconds. There is no button on this router.
There are 3 lights on the router, power (green), internet (yellow) and wifi (green).
Any suggestions on how to factory reset this model router, or other ideas are much appreciated.
Thanks.
found the "hidden" factory reset button.
Factory reset resolved this issue, I'm up and running.

For the record:

Where did you look? Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your
model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look
for "Factory Settings".
