5G Keeps dropping
Firmware 1.3.2.134
My 5G wifi keeps dropping out randomly than fires back up automatically later. I've seen firmware issues identified but I didn't see anything specifically for the R6900P. Any suggestions or instructions on what to do?
Thanks!

What actually happens?
Does it stop broadcasting entirely?
do devices say "connected, no internet"?
Just clarifying what actually happens.
Did this just start?

My devices lose internet connection. I can switch to 2.4 and it picks right back up. I have't paid attention to see if it's still broadcasting or not. My computer wifi icon goes to the global icon (not sure if it says "connected, no internet" or not). This has been going on on for months, maybe just under a year. I was hoping a new firmware would come out and fix it. I've had it for years without noticing any issue before.

there is a new version you can try.

I'd install it, do a factory reset, and then manually reinstall.

Is this correct:
1) Install firmware (what's the recommended method, download the file and upload via wifi?)
2) Factory reset by holding in the botton on the router, correct?
3) What is the "Manual install" method?

I wouldn't upload via wifi. when we see issues with corrupt firmware it tends to be by those who did it over wifi or using the app.
